Return and Refund Policy
At Meetoyougift.com, we strive to provide high-quality laser-engraved tumblers and embroidered shirts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
No Returns or Exchanges for Personalized Items
Due to the nature of our products (custom, personalized, and made-to-order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered (including wrong color, wrong size, or a visible defect in the engraving or embroidery).
Once your order is placed and goes into production, you acknowledge and agree that you cannot amend or cancel it. This policy helps us streamline our production and minimize errors.
Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
All requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, your rights to a return or exchange are forfeited. To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order details (wrong color, wrong size, or a visible defect in the engraving or embroidery).
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If none of these conditions are met, we regret that we cannot process any return or exchange requests, even if the item has been mailed back to us.
Return/Exchange & Refund Procedure
If you received a damaged or defective item, follow these steps to return it by mail for a refund or replacement:
- Contact Customer Service
- Email us at support@meetoyougift.com or call us at +1 469 687 9785 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Your Return Instructions
- We will email you a return form and a return label (if applicable). Print the return label and package the item securely along with all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship the Item
- Affix the provided shipping label (ensure the barcode is visible) and send the item back using a trackable shipping method to: 539 W. Commerce St #8396, Dallas, TX 75208, USA
- Items can only be returned without shipping and restocking fees if they are incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective.
- Processing Your Return
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you can opt for an exchange for the same item or receive a refund for the purchase price.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment and should reflect within 3-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
- If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@meetoyougift.com.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if your item was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
