- Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of successfully placing an order.
- After 12 hours, we cannot accept any cancellation or modification requests as the order will have already been processed and sent for production or shipment.
2. How to Request a Modification or Cancellation
To modify or cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Prepare the necessary information, including your order email, order number (found in your confirmation email), and the specific details of your modification or cancellation request.
- Send an email to support@meetoyougift.com with the subject line: [Modify/Cancel Order – Order Number].
3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders
- Once we receive your request, we will review and respond within 1 business day with an approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3 business days and will reflect the total amount of the cancelled order.
- For modified orders, refunds will be issued for any price difference resulting from the changes made.
