Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Carrier
We work with multiple shipping carriers, including USPS, OnTrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The carrier for your order is selected based on factors like the delivery location and the specific item being shipped. We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific carrier. Our priority is ensuring your order arrives as quickly and securely as possible.
Meetoyougift.com is responsible for processing and shipping your order on time with the chosen carrier. However, delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events. We will do our best to assist you in case of shipping issues.
2. Business Days
A business day refers to any day except Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays, or days when banking institutions are closed by law.
3. Processing Time
We typically require 3-5 business days to process and prepare your order before shipping, depending on the type of product ordered.
4. Expected Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated shipping time is 12-17 business days. Some delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or natural disasters.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items purchased.

6. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping. However, we cannot ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
7. How to Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also track your order by logging into the “My Account” section on our website. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to use the tracking link provided in your email.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 4 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost.
- If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately for assistance.
For lost packages, we recommend first checking with your local post office or neighbors to see if they received it by mistake.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
- If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and provide reshipping options.
- If the package is not returned, you will need to place a new order.
Reshipping Fees:
- $7 per item for U.S. orders
10. Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned to the sender due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed customs, or refusal by the recipient. If this happens, we will notify you once the package arrives back at our facility.
You can choose to:
- Have the package reshipped (additional shipping fees apply).
- Cancel the order (shipping fees are non-refundable).
11. Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors, etc.).
- Contact the shipping carrier for details.
If you still cannot locate the package, reach out to us for further assistance.
12. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@meetoyougift.com with a clear photo of the damaged item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
